The Open Innovation Forum is a program that allows companies to share their innovation challenges and get proposals from research groups and centers. Therefore, it is a great opportunity to meet the right collaborator to tackle your innovation challenges.

The 3rd edition of this project was held in 2020, with all events using a fully virtual format. The first was on July 15, giving companies and organizations a first chance to meet up, and the second was on December 3, bringing the event and, therefore, the meetings to a close. In total, 23 companies and 101 problem-solvers (including research centers -both academic and independent- and technology centers) participated in the program, holding 134 meetings to attempt to resolve the 52 innovation challenges the companies posed.

The Open Innovation Forum is organized by Biocat, Bosch i Gimpera Foundation, UPF Ventures, UAB Research Park, CIT-UPC, IDIBELL and ACCIÓ.
